The Hypnotherapy Process

01 — Identify the Issues

First up, we map the patterns that have been controlling your operating system. What triggers you? Where does this trigger and trauma originate from? And what is reinforcing the patterns you are operating in?

02 — Formulate a Plan

Next we decide how you want your subconscious programming to operate going forward. We will come up with a list of key traits, values, and behaviors that you want to be your default actions.

03 — Hypnotize

Now, the easy part, we hypnotize you. The hypnotherapy process involves the controlled downregulation of your mind into an ultra-relaxed state using melodic, patterned, guided verbal instruction while you comfortably recline.

04 — Recode

Once relaxed, we insert the default actions that you chose in our planning stage, into your observation of the trigger, trauma, or pattern that we previously identified. We do this through the use of verbal instruction, imagery, or allegory to alter the scene in your mind.

05 — Integrate

Finally, we cement the process of having recoded your default behaviors and triggers by gently using the same theme of melodic, patterned verbal instructions to bring your mind back into a state of awareness.

06 — Reinforcement

Lastly, we jointly establish a list of easily accomplished day to day activities to reinforce your newly installed software and behaviors.
